Use of the App
Ricky's Food Pal is provided for personal, non-commercial use to track restaurant visits, dishes, photos, and ratings.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your entries, notes, and photos. Data is stored locally on your device unless you manually export or share it.
Premium Features
Premium features are offered as a one-time in-app purchase and processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds and billing are handled by the store.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or absence of defects.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Data Storage
Ricky's Food Pal stores all your data locally on your device. Your restaurant visits, dish information, ratings, and photos are saved in a local database and never uploaded to any external server.
Photos
Photos you take or select are stored as compressed copies within the app's private storage on your device. The app does not access your photo library beyond the images you explicitly select.
Advertising
The free version of the app displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device information for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. Premium users do not see ads.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not have access to your payment information.
