Ringer’s Home Pal is provided for personal, non-commercial use to keep notes and track houses, condos and apartments that you may visit while looking to rent or buy, or for any other reason.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your entries and notes. Data is stored locally on your device unless you manually export or share it.
Premium Features
Premium features are offered as a one-time in-app purchase and processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. If necessary, premium features may be restored via the “Restore Purchase” option. Refunds and billing are handled by the store.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or absence of defects.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data.

Ringer’s Home Pal stores all your tab collection data locally on your device using an embedded database. Your transaction info is never uploaded to any server. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed.
